Delete your account
To delete your account, email support@larksoftware.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request by reply and delete the account.
What is removed
Deleting an account:
- ends your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used and the email address can register again;
- removes the rabbitries you own and every record in them (rabbits, breedings, litters and kits, weights, tasks, cages), and deletes their stored files;
- cancels any active subscription immediately, with no further charges.
Records in the mobile app's guest mode were never sent to us; uninstalling the app removes them.
If you can no longer sign in to the email address on the account, write to the same support address and we will verify the account another way.
