Terms of service
These terms apply to the BurrowLog mobile apps, the web app at app.burrowlog.com, and this website, all provided by Lark Software ("we"). By creating an account or using the apps you agree to them.
Your account
You need an email address to create an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Your records
Your records are yours. We store them to provide the service and use them for nothing else; see the privacy policy. You can delete your account and its records at any time.
Acceptable use
Use BurrowLog to keep records for your own rabbitries. Do not use it to store material you have no right to, to attack the service, or to interfere with other users.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe from Settings in the web app. You can change or cancel a plan there at any time; a cancelled plan runs to the end of its paid period and then returns to the Free plan. Fees are not refunded for partial periods. Plan caps are described on the pricing page; if you are over a cap when a plan ends, existing records stay but you cannot add more until you are under it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. The mobile app keeps your records on the phone, so an outage does not take them away from you.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
